These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and communication services offered by Aevra (“Aevra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any text messages sent by Aevra or by a participating dental clinic through the Aevra platform. By using our services or by opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Aevra

Aevra is a software platform for dental clinics. Aevra helps participating dental clinics present treatment plans, coordinate appointments and scheduling, send reminders and follow-ups, and communicate with patients about their care.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. Clinic users must have authority to bind the clinic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aevra to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telecommunications and privacy laws.
  • Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.

4. SMS Terms / Text Messaging Terms

Aevra SMS Program

Aevra and participating dental clinics may send SMS/text messages related to dental treatment plans, appointment or scheduling coordination, reminders, follow-ups, and patient support. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your dental clinic. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Aevra SMS Program (operated by Aevra on behalf of participating dental clinics).

Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number to a participating dental clinic or to Aevra, and consent to receive text messages, Aevra and/or the clinic may send you SMS messages about your dental care, including treatment plans and treatment-plan follow-up, appointment and scheduling coordination, appointment reminders, care follow-ups, questions, and patient support related to dental care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with your dental clinic and the stage of your care.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. Aevra is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt out: reply STOP

You can opt out of the Aevra SMS Program at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS message from the program. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt back in. If you need to receive critical care-related messages again, contact your dental clinic or Aevra support to opt back in.

For help at any time, reply HELP to any SMS message from the program, or contact us at support@aevra.ai.

Supported carriers

The Aevra SMS Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by submitting it on a form, providing it to your dental clinic for SMS communications, or replying with an opt-in keyword), you agree to receive SMS messages from Aevra and/or your participating dental clinic as described above. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Privacy

Information collected as part of the Aevra SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Aevra does not sell mobile opt-in data or SMS consent, and Aevra does not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for those parties’ own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Patient Communications and Clinic Relationship

Aevra is a software platform. Participating dental clinics are responsible for their clinical decisions and for the content of messages they direct to be sent to their patients. SMS messages are not a substitute for medical or dental advice or for emergency care. If you have a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

6. Disclaimers

The platform and any communications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevra and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the platform or any SMS messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform or the Aevra SMS Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
